There's [a guy? person? monster?] someone in my world who can trap souls after death. It's not that complicated a ritual, and he can take anyone's.

Not saying he's responsible for this -- but maybe it was just as easy for these guys to grab us.

Ours can do the same, but I don't think they can do anything on this level.

Most likely not, no. It's been years since we've had that kind of trouble, anyway, they wouldn't start it up again now-- and I don't think these are the type of demon they'd work with.

Likely. One told me they were using our conversations to decide how to better torture us.

Very similar. Seems like there's only so much actual help we get, out of them.

Oh, likely, if we're annoying enough.

But one of them did say they prefer painful physical torture, so they may change their methods if we do.

Personally, I'd like to feel them out a bit more. I've only talked to two of them so far.

I 'talked' -- [he makes the little quotation marks with his fingers] to Rosé, Bloody Mary, and Blue Hawaiian. I like Rosé. They're funny.

Bloody Mary and... Malibu Sunset? I think so. Their names are a little ridiculous, but I didn't mind the first one much.
