I suspect this is magical in cause. You see, I was possessed by a cursed artifact and was granted mastery over storm and frost, at the cost of my memories and the warmth of my blood. This is a side effect.
It might wear off in a day or so, that's what happened to those of us who got spirited away last week.
Though if you're cold-blooded now, then that means you'll need to rely on outside sources of heat. Not that there's many rocks for you to sunbathe on here. Or...sun in general.

I know it feels awful, but we really do have to warm you up gradually. You could still have severe health issues if we warm you up too quickly.
