It's very versatile! In certain sleeping positions it can improve spinal alignment, and it makes for a nice backrest when you want to lounge around somewhere besides the bed or sofa.

It can also loosely simulate the presence of a human body beside you, if you're into that.

But the rest of it sounds decent enough.
