Kon was probably dead, when Tuuri stabbed him. I don't doubt she did, she remembers holding the knife and sitting on his back. She remembers slashing at him with a knife. But she's not guilty of his murder, so he had to have died before she made that first stab.
Whoever was involved clearly wanted her to take the fall for Kon's murder rather than themselves.
There's plenty she doesn't seem to remember, so I imagine getting chemical burns from a chemical Kon was carting around with him is probably one of those things. Along with who splashed her with it in the first place.
The costume was a larger size, though. If it was worn by someone too small, it would've likely been dirtied a bit differently around the ankles. That's mostly what we have to go on.

They were all dirty though, weren’t they? And we know Kon got a photo of someone outside of the biome— so, where do they come into this? Where’d the dirt come from?
